What we collect
By default: nothing. Your answers stay on your device. Optional: your email, school name and answers, only if you choose “Save to my email”; your email and school name, only if you tick the contact box.
Why
To let you return to your results, and to contact you only if you ticked the contact box.
Who sees it
Only you can see your saved answers. Oneflo sees your contact details only if you consented to be contacted.
How long we keep it
Contact requests are deleted 90 days after submission. Saved assessments are deleted 90 days after your last change. Answers kept only on your device stay there until you clear them.
Your choices
To withdraw consent, delete your data or complain, contact info@1flo.io. Signed-in users can also use “Delete my saved copy” on the Save page. Complaints about how Oneflo handles personal data can be sent to info@1flo.io and will be answered within 90 days.
Children's and parents' details
Children's or parents' personal details must not be entered anywhere in this tool.
Please do not enter any student or parent details anywhere in this tool.
